B: Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

For a period of 60 months from the date of delivery, SlideAcart warrants the original purchaser of the SlideAcart trolley. If goods are delivered in a defective state, claims must be made within 30 days. Castors and wheels that have normal wear are not included and have a period of 36 months warranty from the date of delivery.

2. Warranty Process

It is the customer’s responsibility to return the faulty goods. Please contact SlideAcart Customer Service via email – hello@slideacart.com.au.

SlideAcart will then assess the item and repair or replace the faulty item as deemed suitable.

3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

Not Covered by Warranty:
- Any alterations to the SlideAcart trolley.
- Any parts not provided by SlideAcart.
- Negligence, abuse, misuse, overloading.
- Failure to follow instructions supplied with the purchase (if not supplied, this must be requested). Also available from the SlideAcart website www.slideacart.com.au

4. Warranty Limitations

SlideAcart will not accept liability for any loss of use or any indirect or consequential damages.
In no event does the liability of SlideAcart exceed the purchase price of the SlideAcart trolley.

5. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty is void if the SlideAcart trolley exhibits signs of neglect, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair or alteration, incorrect maintenance, being used for unlawful purposes, abnormal deterioration of the SlideAcart trolley or parts due to the physical environment, accident, or improper installation by the purchaser.

6. Determination of Warranty Service

SlideAcart determines the type of services for warranty satisfaction only if examination of the product concludes the fault or defect has not been caused by neglect, misuse, improper operation, unauthorized repair or alteration, incorrect maintenance, abnormal deterioration of the SlideAcart trolley or parts due to the physical environment, accident, or improper installation by the purchaser.

7. Miscellaneous

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the SlideAcart trolley.
SlideAcart reserves the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
